Headquarters Hotel
Marriott Downtown. Located in the heart of Center City, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown commands a towering presence, rising to every occasion for the business traveler. Courtyard by Marriott. Because of it’s classic revival civic architecture, Courtyard by Marriott is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is one block from the Pennsylvania Convention Center and just steps away from the Historic and Avenue of the Arts Districts. Complimentary high-speed internet access is available in each guest room.

Hilton Garden. The Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City is located across the street from the Pennsylvania Convention Center and adjacent to the Reading Terminal Market. The recently renovated guestrooms include new Herman Miller Mirra desk chairs, adjustable Garden Sleep System Mattresses, 32” LG HDTVs, and complimentary high-speed internet access.
Ritz-Carlton. Indulge in timeless elegant accommodations at the Ritz-Carlton. Reservation Information
- Separate housing policies apply to CHEST 2008 attendees and exhibitors. See the applicable timelines and hotel reservation forms for each.
- Hotel reservations must be made through the CHEST 2008 housing bureau by the cutoff date to receive discounted room rates. After making your hotel reservation, you will receive a reservation acknowledgment from the housing bureau. If you need a hotel confirmation number, contact your hotel after October 13. Hotel contact information will be on your reservation acknowledgment.
- Reservation changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the housing bureau by September 26. After October 13, all reservation changes and cancellations must be made with the hotel. New reservations will be subject to space and rate availability.
- Did you know? The ACCP is held financially responsible for a minimum number of rooms. If rooms are reserved and then canceled, or booked at other hotels, it creates an enormous financial burden for the ACCP. The ACCP is committed to investing all CHEST 2008 resources into delivering the finest meeting.

- Reservation Deposits
A deposit of $300 per room or suite is required. Credit cards are charged immediately.
- Reservation Changes
After September 19, reductions in total nights stayed will result in $150 per room forfeited from the deposit. Early departures will result in $150 per room forfeited from the deposit.
- Reservation Cancellation Policy
The entire deposit will be forfeited for reservations canceled after September 19 or for failure to check-in (no show).
- Attendees can make reservations online or download a reservation request form and submit by fax or mail (see details on the form).

- Reservation Cutoff Date

Individual guest names are due on or before September 5. All unnamed rooms will be released after September 5, and all deposits will be refunded. Reservation requests after September 5 will be subject to availability.
- Reservation Deposits
A deposit of $600 per room or suite is required. Credit cards are charged immediately.
- Reservation Changes
After September 5, reductions in total room nights stayed will result in $150 per room forfeited from the deposit. Early departures will result in $150 per room forfeited from the deposit.
- Reservation Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be forfeited on reservations canceled after September 5 or for failure to check-in (no show).
